Why Peak Consultants?

Peak Consultants have created e-learning modules, which can be taken and completed on our easy to use Peak system. The system provides an appropriate process to log the development of individuals, and offers both the employer and the employee a means to track, monitor and report on individual’s progress on an ongoing basis.

The modules will consist of the following topics and requirements:

• knowledge of terms and conditions of policies offered
• knowledge of applicable laws governing the distribution of insurance products
• knowledge of claims handling;
• knowledge of complaints handling;
• knowledge of assessing customer needs;
• knowledge of the insurance market;
• knowledge of business ethics standards and financial competence.
• Overview of CPD and its requirements
• GDPR
• Vulnerable Customers

CPD can combine a variety of learning methods, such as training workshops, conferences and events, e-learning programs, best practice techniques and ideas sharing.

How CPD will work with Peak Consultants

Notifications

Once live, our CPD program will notify individuals of a pending module. If this module has not been completed within 5 days, individuals will receive a further email notification reminding them of the pending module. After a further 5 days if the module is still pending, an email notification is sent to their line manager notifying them that their team member has a pending module overdue.

Reporting

A status report will run and be sent out on a monthly basis. The report will be in two parts, the first being a summary with a breakdown of individuals, their line manager, their CPD credit gained and their CPD credit remaining YTD.

The second part of the report will reveal a more detailed breakdown for each individual including the module/s taken YTD, any modules pending, the dates the modules were generated and the dates the module were taken.

Scheduling

Modules will be assigned evenly over the course of a 12 month period, for example if you had 12 modules, the system will assign one module ever 4 weeks. The system will deploy the modules randomly ensuring not every individual receives the same module at the same time. This is designed to stop any clusters of individuals forming within the business completing assessments together.

Ad-Hoc

CPD combines different methodologies to learning, such as training workshops, conferences and events, e-learning programs, best practice techniques and ideas sharing, all focused for an individual to improve and have effective professional development.

Peak Consultants also have the ability to include any ad-hoc CPD credit, if/when any product provider training or in-house workshops are completed.
